How much will Flexpricer be at the end of the initial term?

Your initial term will be 6 months. Unless you cancel, at the end of the initial term your term will extend by either 12 or 36 months. The price you will pay for the extended term will be based on the number of users, the features that you need and whether you chose your first renewal to be either 12 or 36 months.

Will Flexpricer work in my Salesforce instance?

Flexpricer installs from AppExchange and runs inside any Salesforce org with access to Opportunities, Quotes and Products object. This includes all Editions from Pro Suite and above.

Flexpricer installs and runs in Industry orgs where users have contractual access to Opportunities, Quotes and Products.

What does "100% Native" mean and why is it important?

Flexpricer is 100% Native to Salesforce. This means that it runs completely and entirely within your own Salesforce instance, with all your data read and written into your own Salesforce instance. This is important for security and data privacy reasons. Your Flexpricer data is in the exact same place as all the rest of your Salesforce data.

Challenge vendors who claim that their app is just 'native' - using this term may mean that their code runs in Salesforce, but they may also share or process your data outside of the security controls of your Salesforce instance.

How fast we can get started and when will we be up and running?

Once payment is received, you should expect to receive the allocation of your Flexpricer Solution Engineer within 2 business days (often sooner). Liaise with them directly to schedule a convenient time to start your implementation. Depending on your specific configuration, you could expect to be ready to launch in between 1 and 4 weeks.

Does Flexpricer need or work with Agentforce?

Flexpricer writes reads and writes data records into your Salesforce instance. These records can be queried and accessed by appropriately authorized Salesforce Users and Agentforce Agents. Flexpricer does not require Agentforce but the data it generates and uses can be used by Agentforce.
